Help shape how AI is adopted, governed and scaled across a financial services business.
As organisations move beyond AI experimentation, the challenge is ensuring new technologies can be adopted responsibly and at scale.
This role puts you at the centre of that challenge.
We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking a Senior Manager β AI Governance to take ownership of its AI governance roadmap, covering Gen AI, LLMs and agentic AI.
You'll help establish the frameworks and controls that allow the business to innovate confidently, working closely with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders.
Why consider it?
Own the roadmap
Shape the organisation's approach to AI governance and help build the frameworks, standards and controls that support its future adoption.
Work with emerging AI
Navigate the governance challenges associated with Gen AI, LLMs and agentic AI as their use across the business evolves.
Influence business decisions
Advise stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks and controls, helping enable innovation rather than simply policing it.
What you'll bring
8+ years' technology experience, including direct involvement with AI.
4+ years' experience in technology governance, risk or a related discipline.
Experience developing AI governance frameworks and assessing risks associated with modern AI technologies.
Financial services experience and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO 42001 would be advantageous.
