About the Role
- Designing and booking tailor-made, luxury travel itineraries for a high-end clientele.
- Providing exceptional customer service from initial consultation through to post-travel follow-up.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective client relationship management.
- Staying abreast of luxury travel trends and destinations to offer informed recommendations.
- Collaborating with suppliers to secure exclusive deals and experiences for clients.
- Utilizing GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) for efficient booking and itinerary management.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A passion for luxury travel and a desire to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
