How You'll Shine
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the bar area.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
- Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge.
- Experienced barista with a passion for coffee.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirements.
