  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel suppliers, sporting organisations and industry partners.
  • Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve our products, processes and customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, supporting workloads and assisting across different areas of the business when required.
  • Take ownership of assigned bookings, projects and responsibilities, ensuring tasks are followed through and completed to a high standard.

  • Is flexible and willing to get involved.
  • Has a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a travel consultant, travel agent or in a similar travel industry role, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, booking processes and itinerary planning.
  • Experience with travel booking systems such as Galileo, Amadeus or similar.
  • Experience coordinating group travel, sporting events or corporate travel programs would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence dealing with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of international travel requirements, including visas, travel insurance and relevant travel documentation.
  • A genuine interest in travel, sport and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Relevant qualifications in travel, tourism or hospitality would be advantageous.
