The Opportunity
This field-based role will:
- Develop and grow existing Gippsland trade accounts
- Expand trade relationships into the SE Melbourne corridor
- Identify and convert new trade opportunities across industrial, construction and automotive sectors
This is a relationship-led field sales role combining account management with structured territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen existing trade relationships
- Identify and secure new trade customers
- Execute structured call plans and territory coverage
- Provide product guidance across coatings systems
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure reliable service delivery
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
About You
- Experience in field sales, trade sales or account management
- Background in coatings, automotive, construction or industrial supply preferred
- Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness
- Comfortable managing a sales territory autonomously
- Confident using CRM or inventory systems
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
