This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for professionals who know how to anticipate guests’ needs and take pride in delivering memorable service.

- Have a strong experience in upselling & the instinct to recommend food and wine in a way that feels genuine and drives revenue
- Be genuinely curious about food and wine (and excited to keep learning)
