In this role, you'll:
- Work as part of a team delivering strategic workplace accommodation solutions across the Transport cluster, aligned with evolving business needs, people strategies, and modern ways of working.
- Manage a team, leading the planning and management of space requirements across a diverse portfolio of workplace sites, ensuring optimal use of space and alignment with organisational goals.
- Pioneer innovative approaches to space utilisation, identifying space shortfalls, oversupply and optimisation opportunities, and developing recommendations to address changing business requirements in a complex, multi-site environment that demands agility, foresight, and stakeholder engagement.

About you:
- You will possess a positive attitude and strong influencing skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive stakeholder alignment.
- You're recognised as a team leader, experienced in managing teams and leading workplace initiatives.
- You’re a strategic thinker, with a creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop and evaluate accommodation solutions.
- A background in property, urban planning, interior design or architecture is highly regarded but not essential.
- Familiarity with Serraview is beneficial but not essential.
