In this role, you'll:
- Deliver customer centred wayfinding design and configuration updates across complex operational environments to ensure clarity, accessibility and consistency.
- Resolve technical and operational wayfinding challenges in live, multi modal transport settings.
- Manage site assessments and design documentation to support improved navigation and customer experience outcomes.
About You
You have extensive experience in large scale wayfinding design, accessibility standards and user centred spatial assessment. You're recognised as a collaborative problem solver, skilled at translating complex environmental constraints into effective wayfinding solutions. You bring experience in design integration across diverse transport assets to achieve clear, reliable customer journeys. You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in design or an equivalent field.
