In this role, you'll:
- Work as part of a team delivering portfolio performance reporting, analysis, governance and optimisation across a diverse infrastructure project portfolio.
- Provide high-quality insights, drive reporting excellence, support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of some of NSW's largest infrastructure projects.
- Lead portfolio-wide performance analysis and reporting, deliver meaningful insights, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and decision‑making in a complex, fast‑paced project environment.
- Work across multiple stakeholders, systems, and reporting frameworks to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of portfolio information.
About you:
The Senior Portfolio Analyst role sits within IPE Portfolio Management and Reporting and requires a strong infrastructure project and project‑controls context. You will bring demonstrated experience in portfolio reporting, project controls, financial performance management or portfolio assurance within a major infrastructure, construction, engineering or capital delivery environment. Experience consolidating and analysing project cost, schedule, risk and performance information across multiple projects is highly desirable.
