You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW. You're future focused and know how important it is to create and deliver designs that shape user experiences. You'll help us leverage emerging technologies to transform the way whole communities interact.
In this role, you'll:
- Design and develop high-quality digital content, templates and guidance materials
- Create user-focused content that aligns with content strategy and digital best practice
- Publish and maintain content across relevant digital platforms and collaboration tools
- Apply UI/UX principles to improve accessibility and usability
- Monitor content performance and implement continuous improvements
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to gather requirements and refine content
- Support project teams, change teams and practice leads with content development initiatives
About you:
- Experienced in digital content development, communications or content design
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and content management systems
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience developing templates, frameworks, standards or guidance materials
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
