You may have been part of some big projects before, but this work is legacy-building.
You have the opportunity to gain a wealth of expertise and a diverse range of skills, providing insight and knowledge without losing sight of your work-life balance or wellbeing.
In this role, you'll:
- You will manage operational precincts and infrastructure assets, coordinating maintenance, service delivery and issue resolution across NSW Maritime.
- You will drive maintenance performance and operational risk management across diverse locations, balancing customer, community, regulatory and asset requirements.
- You will build strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate integrated responses to support safe, reliable and compliant maritime operations.
About you
- You bring strong knowledge of asset management practices, government infrastructure or land assets, and relevant Crown Land and Maritime legislation.
- You’re recognised as a collaborative relationship builder, skilled at navigating complex operational issues and engaging effectively with customers, communities and government stakeholders.
- You bring appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience, with strong commercial acumen and project management expertise supporting sustainable maintenance outcomes.
- You hold a current NSW Driver Licence and have a willingness to travel across the network of assets.
This role offers flexibility to be based at any Transport for NSW office across metropolitan or regional NSW, with a preference for a Maritime office where available. Occasional travel to the Maritime head office at Rozelle will be required.
