This role is to support road design activities that enable the wider Renewable Energy Zone Program, providing technical expertise, coordination and practical solutions to support broader program delivery. Collaborating with Transport Planners, Traffic Modellers and Project Management team to plan and manage road design options.
This role will see you working on tasks and supporting regional NSW infrastructure projects improving safety on NSW roads, easing traffic congestions, creating new spaces to connect communities for generations to come. We are a dedicated and passionate team that is proud of the work we do and the supportive and flexible team culture we have built.
3 years Fixed-Term Position based in TfNSW Parkes Office.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Knowledge of Transport for NSW (formally RMS) standards
- Proficiency in OpenRoads / 12D / Civil 3D
- Be willing to undertake and complete Road Safety Auditor training
