In this role, you'll:
- Lead end-to-end testing across complex, integrated systems, working across multiple interfaces, vendors and delivery teams.
- Drive testing, defects, risks and blockers through to resolution, keeping quality and delivery on track.
- Own the test strategy and delivery, from planning and requirements traceability through to execution and completion.
- Engage confidently with business and IT stakeholders at all levels, being assertive and prepared to challenge when required.
- Influence teams and stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes, while remaining hands on and stepping into the detail when needed.
About you
You are an experienced, hands-on Test Manager with a strong track record delivering testing across complex, integrated technology environments. You are a confident and influential communicator who can engage, challenge and manage business and IT stakeholders at all levels. You are pragmatic, energetic and delivery focused, bringing structure to complexity, solving problems and getting into the detail when needed.
