- Support Recruitment and Training projects and other business initiatives as required.
- Confidently facilitate Group Interview sessions and information presentations for groups of 30 or more candidates, clearly communicating role requirements, employment conditions, recruitment processes and the Transit Systems employee experience.
- What you will bring
- At least two years’ demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably within a high-volume, operational, transport, logistics, blue-collar or customer-facing environment.
- A background in customer service and/or sales is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working with operational leaders.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel between locations independently, with a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Proven ability to remain calm, professional and effective when working under pressure.
