Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a fulltime Estimator/ Assessor. We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced individual to become a part of our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a small family business, we're all about providing high-quality works and great customer service.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual who can work as a part of a close-knit team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions dependent on your location. Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred as this role is based around meeting a high level of customer service and industry KPI's.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting both external and internal KPI's
- Preparation of Insurance assessments/ expert reports
- Verbal and written communication to keep clients and staff well informed
- Creating detailed scopes and estimates
- Working with our supervisors and coordinators to achieve set budgets and KPI's
- Working within our databases and online portals
- Up to date knowledge of current Australian and National standards
Ideally, we are looking for a highly experienced individual with proven industry knowledge and experience. Digital literacy will be required and experience working with Prime Ecosystems software is essential. You must have a valid driver's license and white card.
