Transcape Enterprises is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our established, award-winning team. With more than 35 years of experience in the landscaping and revegetation industry, we deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects throughout North Queensland. Key responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating landscaping and revegetation projects
- Leading teams to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality results
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
- Liaising with clients and site representatives
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved
- Supervising and maintaining machinery, tools, and equipment
- Completing general landscaping duties as required
- Ordering materials and managing site resources
- Maintaining clear communication with staff and management
- Completing daily paperwork, reporting, and documentation
About you
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience supervising landscaping or related works
- The ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- A current driver's licence (essential)
- A White Card (essential)
- Trade experience in landscaping, carpentry, concreting, bricklaying, or civil works (preferred)
- Truck licence (advantageous)
- Excavator and Bobcat experience (advantageous)
