Role
I’m looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to own the technical vision and execution. You’ll be responsible for:
- Architecting and scaling the core platform
- Designing systems for QA, consensus labeling, auditability, and compliance
- Making early technical decisions that will shape the company for years
- Hiring and leading engineers as we grow
This is a builder role first, leadership role second.

- A senior full-stack engineer or tech lead
- Comfortable moving fast in early-stage chaos
- Opinionated but pragmatic about architecture
- Excited by AI tooling, marketplaces, or data infrastructure
- Looking for real ownership, not just a job
- Startup or scale-up experience is a big plus.
Equity & Compensation
