Tradewind Australia Pty is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to provide end-to-end support for clients engaged through the Immediate Housing Response for Families (IHRF). You will deliver holistic case management, advice, referrals and advocacy using Specialist Homelessness databases to help clients access safe, affordable accommodation.
You will work with adults with complex needs to build tenancy skills and improve quality of life, helping clients overcome barriers to stable housing.
