This is a full-time teaching role with a fixed term 3 year appointment to the Middle Leader position. The Curriculum Leader supports the mission of Good Shepherd Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels.

The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership. Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience in the Arts, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements. You’ll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement. Most importantly, you’ll lead with integrity, model our Catholic ethos in practice, and be motivated by helping both students and staff flourish.
