Retail Manager to oversee and support our busy automotive service operations.

As Retail Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department while maintaining high standards of workmanship, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support a team of automotive technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and operational efficiency to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee performance and overall department profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are met.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations.
