We are looking for a passionate and skilled dual Supervisor / Estimator to support the Gold Coast & Northern Riversregion.

- What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee projects from initial assessment through to successful completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site assessments to evaluate damage and prepare clear, accurate estimates, detailed reports, and professional quotes.
- Managing end-to-end project workflows, including material procurement, trade allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Performing regular site inspections to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Enforcing health and safety standards across all job sites, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with safety protocols and legislative requirements.

- Insurance industry experience - including engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects.
- Site leadership skills - you're an experienced Supervisor who’s confident on-site and ready to take the next step in your career.
- Strong estimating and reporting skills - you’ve scoped, quoted, and delivered.
- Excellent time management - you thrive under pressure and stay organised when things get busy.
- Clear communicator - you're confident working with clients and trades alike, and always bring a can-do attitude.
- Project management pro - you're comfortable managing several jobs at once.
- Bonus points if you have a trade qualification with experience using Prime software.
