Your new role
Our Referees are responsible for the professional operation of team sports at the Town’s Leisure Centre and maintaining a safe and friendly environment for all participants. They will operate in a positive, diplomatic, and unbiased manner, and promote the Centre’s programs and values to the community.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous referee experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for your particular sport
- Motivated and professional approach to work
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check (Junior Programs)
The benefits of working for us:
$35.14 – $37.95 per session dependent on experience (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation, free gym and pool membership.
