The Town is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced Audit, Risk and Assurance Advisor to join our skilled team in a full-time capacity.

Your new role
This position is responsible for overseeing the Town's corporate strategy review and ongoing development, organisational planning, producing outcome-based reporting against the Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan, and driving continuous improvement and leading innovation, whilst simultaneously supporting the overall compliance function of the Town.
What you'll need to succeed:
- An understanding of contemporary corporate or local government strategic planning and reporting practices.
- Significant experience in organisational corporate and strategic planning.
- Experience in facilitating, influencing and negotiating at all levels of an organisation to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to build and manage relationships.
- A proven track record of driving change, continuous improvement and promoting innovation.
- Experience in risk management, and ability to contribute to the corporate risk management program and be an advocate for risk management across the organisation.

- Salary range of $106,220 - $111,852.
