Town & Country Children's Centre is looking for a fantastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team on a full-time basis, working five days per week.

About the role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, where you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building warm, secure and respectful relationships with children and families.

• Creating engaging, meaningful and play-based learning experiences.

• Contributing to program planning, documentation and reflective practice.

• Supporting children's individual development, interests and learning.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, supervision and regulatory compliance.

• Contributing to our ongoing commitment to exceeding the National Quality Standard.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and children’s learning.

• Is warm, approachable, enthusiastic and positive.

• Builds strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Demonstrates initiative and takes pride in their work.

• Has a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and child safety responsibilities.

• Is reliable, organised and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

• Is committed to learning, reflection and continuous improvement.
