B2B Sales Professional – Totally Workwear Dubbo
What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing relationships with business accounts across Dubbo and the surrounding region
- Understanding each client’s operational needs and recommending the right workwear, uniforms, PPE and promotional solutions
- Qualifying instore customers to understand their business requirements and matching our products and services as appropriate.
- Preparing accurate quotes, managing orders and seeing sales through from enquiry to delivery
- Proactively following up leads, quotes and existing accounts to convert opportunities and grow repeat business
- Identifying new business opportunities and helping expand our commercial customer base
- Acting as a trusted advisor to businesses on compliance, branding, comfort.
- Working closely with the wider team to hit sales targets and deliver a professional, reliable service
- Representing Totally Workwear with a sharp, professional presence — whether on‑site, in meetings or in the showroom
What we’re looking for
- Is confident dealing with business owners, managers and procurement contacts
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Can listen, diagnose needs and present clear, practical solutions
- Is organised, reliable and comfortable owning their pipeline
- Works well in a team but is equally comfortable taking initiative and driving results
- Enjoys learning products in depth and turning that knowledge into sales
- Previous B2B sales, account management, workwear, industrial supply or customer service experience is highly regarded — but the right attitude, hunger and willingness to learn matter just as much.
