RMC Care Australia is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Villawood team, with occasional shifts in Sydney City. You will deliver direct care to NDIS participants, helping them achieve personal goals and maintain independence at home and in the community.
This casual role offers 8-hour shifts across 3 to 4 days a week, including weekends, in a supportive, client-centred environment.
