About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end user experience design across complex digital products and platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading discovery, design strategy, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Define and maintain design systems and UX standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to UX best practices across the organization.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a
