About The Opportunity
As a Site Supervisor for the Sunshine Coast Total Fitouts team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities during the fit-out construction process. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring our projects stay on time and to budget. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the team to understand project objectives, client expectations, and constraints.
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Supervising on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and resolving construction issues effectively.
- Managing variation requests, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Generating progress reports, documenting on-site activities, and tracking project milestones.
- Ensuring compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards.
What You Bring:
- Experience supervising construction projects (commercial preferred but not essential).
- Qualifications in site workplace health and safety.
- Proficiency in construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
