What you will do
- Manage phone, email and online customer and distributor enquiries and provide support to the Sales teams.
- Respond promptly to sales team queries in relation to their product requests and sales orders.
- Process sales orders and invoices, and release orders for the warehouse.
- Perform administrative duties, facilitate reporting, update sales information and complete data entry on various platforms.
- What you’ll bring
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Sales Support or Administration is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Can do attitude and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, able to problem solve and high attention to detail.
