- Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (plus overtime)
Join a Sydney based contractor with 35+ years’ experience delivering specialised civil and infrastructure projects across NSW. We’re seeking a reliable and experienced leading hand to join the team across a range of civil and structural works.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supervising a small crew on-site
- Coordinating daily tasks and allocating work to team members
- Performing hands‑on civil works as required
- Assisting with site setup, preparation, and ongoing works
- Ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently
- Maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing site safety standards
- Liaising with supervisors and trades to keep work progressing
- Working with the team to meet project deadlines
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ civil construction experience, including leading hand exposure
- Multiskilled across groundworks and plant operation
- Experience on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, retaining walls)
- Able to lead a crew while remaining hands‑on
- White Card and reliable transport
- Strong safety and teamwork focus
- Able to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical
