The Opportunity
Inland Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Site Manager to oversee operations at our Cobar service station. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. About the Role
As a Retail Site Manager, you will:
- Lead day-to-day site operations to achieve business objectives
- Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction
- Manage and develop site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Optimise site performance and profitability
- Maintain high standards of site presentation
Key Responsibilities Include
- Oversee daily operations, fuel systems, and site presentation
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and promotional displays
- Monitor sales targets, site expenses, and banking procedures
- Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and audit protocols
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and leadership experience
- High School Certificate and current driver's licence
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
- Desirable: Cert IV in Retail Management, fuel retail experience, food handling and first aid certifications
