The predicted salary is between 54000 - 66000 $ per year.
This is a hands-on sales support and customer service position working closely with our sales team and dealer network. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, following up opportunities and making things happen. You will be responsible for ensuring sales opportunities don't fall through the cracks, our dealers receive great support, and Torqit continues to proactively develop new business.
What We're Looking For
- Proactive and confident on the phone
- Comfortable making outbound and cold calls
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Previous sales, customer service or sales support experience
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Good computer and CRM skills
- The ability to work as part of a fast-moving sales team
- A genuine desire to help customers and achieve results
Automotive, 4WD, aftermarket or trade industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
