As the regional lead for partner activation across Australia and New Zealand, you will turn partnership potential into active, high-performing referral channels. You will bridge global strategy and local execution, delivering targeted activation campaigns, agent enablement tools, and joint co-marketing initiatives. Working directly alongside partner sales teams, your main focus is onboarding, educating, and motivating agents to generate consistent, repeat referral volume.
This is a 12-month, part-time contract (23 hours per week). We offer flexible working arrangements, and the role is 100% remote across Australia.
Key responsibilities
Execute partner growth programmes across ANZ, working directly with sales teams to onboard and educate agents to drive ongoing referrals
Own the self-serve partner marketing toolkit in Canva Enterprise end-to‐end, keeping assets current, engaging, and fully compliant with local regulatory requirements
Run joint marketing initiatives with key partners (webinars, local events, case studies, and digital campaigns) to boost brand presence and highlight partner wins
Track key activation metrics (active agents, referral volume, time-to-first-trade, and revenue uplift) while managing the ANZ partner marketing budget
Partner closely with regional sales leaders, account managers, and central marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and local market nuances
About you
4–6 years' experience in B2B, channel, or partner marketing (a background in financial services, fintech, property, or SaaS is highly regarded)
Proven success running regional partner activation campaigns, building sales enablement materials, and executing co-marketing programmes
Based in Australia
Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trust with regional sales leaders, corporate partners, and central teams
Data-driven approach to tracking pipeline metrics, analysing campaign performance, and managing spend effectively
Experienced with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, campaign software, and design platforms like Canva Enterprise
