Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Principal Community Development to provide strategic leadership for the Community Development function across the Toowoomba Region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to design, deliver and evaluate place-based initiatives that strengthen community resilience and social outcomes.
You will oversee community wellbeing and activation, drive cross-service integration, and build partnerships with government, NGOs and stakeholders to support coordinated efforts.
