Beresponsible for the safe operation and maintenance of plant andequipment, such as Council Tractors and Slashers to ensure the delivery of construction and maintenance projectswithin the Toowoomba Region. Performing physical labouring dutiesin periods of low plant operation.

About the position

• Permanent full time,based at Goombungee.
• $34.41per hour, $2,615.12 gross per fortnight.
• Thehours of work are from 6.00am to 3.00pm, Monday toFriday
• Enjoymore personal time with a nine (9) day fortnight workingarrangement.

What you'll bring

• Current WHSCertificate of Competency or VOCs for 'LL' - Front-end loader(>2L engine capacity), or equivalent RIICompetency.
• WHSCompetency (White Card) for CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safelyin the construction industry, or equivalent, or if not held, tobe obtained prior to commencement.
• Working in Proximityto Traffic Awareness Part 1 and 2 (or within three (3) monthsof commencement).
• Substantial experiencein operating related plant, including the operation of aTractor, Slasher and Front-End Loader.
• Soundnumeracy, literacy and communication skills.
