RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll play a key role in keeping our used vehicle inventory strong by:
- Sourcing quality used vehicles through a variety of channels
- Inspecting, valuing and purchasing vehicles from private sellers and businesses
- Negotiating confidently to secure the right vehicles at the right price
- Using market insights to identify profitable purchasing opportunities
- Building lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and industry contacts
- Working closely with our sales and management teams to ensure stock meets demand
- Maintaining accurate purchase records and valuations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated and passionate about the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in used vehicle buying, valuations or a similar automotive role
- A solid understanding of current market trends, vehicle values and resale potential
- Experience using valuation platforms such as LiveMarket and/or AutoGrab
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Open Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
