About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily schedules: Assign and organise jobs to ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently.
- Oversee workflow: Monitor the day’s run, adjust bookings, and handle urgent changes.
- Outbound communication: Call customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and gather job details.
- Post-service check-ins: Follow up after jobs to ensure satisfaction and book any required follow-up work.
- Promote services: Share relevant service options and assist with additional bookings.
- Use dispatch tools: Operate scheduling software and messaging systems to keep records accurate and communication smooth.
- Team collaboration: Work with technicians and the customer service team to maintain efficiency and deliver a great customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and leading conversations
- Previous experience working within a trades business is highly regarded
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Can confidently manage schedules, adjust plans, and solve problems quickly
- Works well with technicians and office staff to keep jobs flowing smoothly
- Is comfortable using scheduling software, messaging tools, and digital systems
- Brings a positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
