We're looking for an exceptional Senior Associate to help shape the future of our Family Law practice. This opportunity is suited to an experienced lawyer who has built a strong reputation, enjoys developing referral relationships, and is ready to take the next step towards partnership. About the Role
A Senior Family Lawyer experienced in running all aspects of family law matters from the initial client contact through to settlement with high quality. Experience in Wills & Estates is also desirable.
About You
- 5+ years' PAE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical family law expertise
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and grow a practice
- An established client following, with the ability to transition your clients and referral relationships to Tonkin Legal Group
- A strong referral network and demonstrated success in generating new business
- Leadership experience and a genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers
- Accredited Specialist status is highly regarded but not essential
