At TOMRA, we’re not just recycling - we’re reinventing it. Our mission? Clean Loop Recycling: a smarter, greener way to keep drink containers in circulation and out of our oceans, streets, and landfills. Thanks to our cutting-edge reverse vending technology, used containers get a second (and third, and fourth!) chance at life turning back into containers again and again. With over 900 collection points across New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania, we’re proud to be making a real difference across Australia.

This is a full-time role in a team that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm daily. This role is heavily team based so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and thrives in a team environment. You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office in St Leonards and will work on a shift-based roster that includes 1 weekend day a week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
  • Assist with customer queries and complaints
  • Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
  • Interact with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sites
  • Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
  • Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
  • Dispatch field service staff in order to coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

  • A passion for customer service
  • Previous experience with dispatch or scheduling (preferred)
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Adaptability
  • A team mentality
  • Competent with technology
