Tomago Aluminium is seeking an experienced Plant Services Superintendent - Potline Services to lead a critical portfolio underpinning the smelter’s performance. You will guide a team of Supervisors and crews in pot relining, shell exchange, ladle cleaning and related services, while ensuring safety, reliability and cost-effective outcomes.
Reporting to the Plant Services Manager, you’ll drive continuous improvement, develop frontline leaders and manage contracts, budgets and suppliers.
