We have been supporting our customers for more than 130 years. Today, we support more than 20,000 customers worldwide with 500 sites in 27 markets, and a forwarding network spanning 150 countries. We are proudly part of Japan Post.

Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

Government & Defence provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

This is a high-profile relationship management and commercial leadership role responsible for overseeing Toll's Defence Relocations and Removals portfolio. Working closely with Defence stakeholders, including the Directorate of Relocations and Housing (DRH), you will build trusted partnerships, drive strategic alignment, and ensure exceptional outcomes for ADF members and their families.

As the primary point of contact for key Defence contract managers, you will play a critical role in strengthening long-term relationships, protecting and growing the account, and identifying new opportunities that support both customer success and sustainable business growth. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes at the highest levels, lead strategic conversations, and directly contribute to the continued success of a nationally significant partnership.

    • Lead strategic discussions, contract management reviews, and executive-level engagements.
  • Account Growth & Commercial Performance
    • Drive retention strategies and support contract renewal activities.
    • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the broader Defence portfolio.
    • Manage account profitability, revenue growth, and commercial performance.
    • Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Customer Experience & Service Excellence
    • Champion a customer-first culture focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
    • Ensure high-quality service outcomes for Defence members and their families.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams.
