Toll is seeking reliable and safety-focused MC Drivers to join our Toll depot based in Hastings, Victoria. These are casual ongoing positions with genuine temp-to-permanent opportunities for drivers who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.
The Role
- Working from our Toll depot in Hastings, you'll be responsible for the safe transport and delivery of steel products throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.
- You'll join a professional team that values safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate B Double combinations to deliver steel products.
- Ensure loads are secured safely and correctly prior to transport.
- Follow all site procedures, schedules and instructions.
- Complete run sheets and transport documentation accurately.
- Maintain compliance with fatigue management, road transport and workplace safety requirements.
- Represent the business professionally when dealing with customers and site personnel.
About You
- Current MC Licence.
- Minimum 2 years' professional heavy vehicle driving experience.
- Physically fit and capable of completing load restraint duties.
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude.
- Experience transporting steel and using chains, dogs, and load restraint equipment is highly regarded but not essential, as full training can be provided.
