About the Role:
As our Spa Manager you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of 5 star service, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through their premium spa journey, ensuring 5-star service delivery.
- Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Therapists and Spa Coordinators to reach individual and team targets.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including retail conversions, client retention, and therapist utilisation rates.
- Optimise operational efficiency through intelligent rostering, inventory management, and product ordering.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance across the spa.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a Spa/Salon Manager or Assistant Manager role, ideally within a luxury or high-end wellness environment.
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive key operational and financial KPIs (retail sales, retention and utilisation).
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside office support and management to achieve key commercial outcomes.
- Exceptional client relationship skills, maintaining elevated service standards and resolving inquiries with tact and professionalism.
- Impeccable personal presentation, attention to detail and organisation.
- Proficiency with salon management software (Fresha highly regarded) and Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets).
