Together Two Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join our NDIS Service Provision team.
You will work with the families and carers of the people we support, so they can understand, access and sustain the supports their family member needs.
This includes families of children and young people in our Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC) services, where you'll work in partnership with the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ).
