We're hiring: Client Service Officer – Manly
What you'll be doing:
- Processing transactions and new accounts on Netwealth, HUB24 and other wraps
- Managing client applications, KYC and record updates
- Preparing fee consents and ongoing fee renewals
- Supporting advisers with review prep and follow-ups
- Being a friendly first point of contact for our clients
What we're looking for:
- Admin or CSA experience in wealth or with a platform provider (essential)
- Hands-on Netwealth and/or HUB24 experience (highly regarded)
- Fin365 experience a bonus, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine client-first attitude
