Bridal Jewellery Consultant (Casual) — Paddington, NSW
We've looking for warm, motivated and detail-oriented Bridal Jewellery Consultants to join our team on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating unforgettable moments for couples as they embark on the journey of discovering their dream rings.
You'll be responsible for conducting intimate by-appointment-only consultations where clients can explore our collection, understand our process and begin the journey to co-creating their forever rings.
We're looking for motivated individuals with previous retail experience who can help uphold the personal in-store experience that defines our brand.
About the Role
This is a casual, in-showroom role based in Paddington, NSW. Hours typically range between 10 to 15 hours per week, with availability on Fridays and Saturdays essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional and personalised experience during each consultation
- Provide thoughtful support to clients throughout their ring journey
- Work towards sales conversions while supporting follow-up communication
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with visual merchandising
- Support the management team with daily operations and appointment coordination
- Respond to client enquiries in person, by phone and via email with care and attention to detail
About You
- Previous retail or sales experience (luxury or jewellery experience advantageous but not essential)
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident working both independently and within a small team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Calm, composed and professional under pressure
- Passionate about creating meaningful client experiences
- A genuine interest in bridal jewellery, design and craftsmanship
