At TJX Australia, we're passionate about creating opportunities for our Associates to grow, develop, and succeed. We're looking for an experienced and people-focusedAssistant General Manager to help lead our Processing Centre operations and inspire high-performing teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

This position will initially support night shift operations, with future opportunities to gain exposure across afternoon & morning shift operations as business needs evolve. This role will be based onsite at TJX Australia Processing Centre Marsden Park.

What You’ll Do

Lead Operations Managers and large distribution teams to deliver daily operational performance

Drive safety, productivity, quality, service, and cost outcomes across your department

Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and capability building

Champion continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and ways of working

Partner with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business and our Associates

What You’ll Bring

Extensive leadership experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations

Proven ability to lead and develop large, high-performing teams through leaders

Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated environments

A resilient, collaborative leadership style with a passion for people development
