Titanium Recruitment was built around relationships, reputation and exceptional service. We don’t simply fill vacancies; we become a trusted extension of the businesses we represent and genuinely understand the people behind every hire.
That approach has seen Titanium recognised as Recruitment Agency of the Year – Real Estate & Property in both 2024 and 2025, with a significant proportion of our business coming from repeat clients, referrals and long-standing relationships.
Now, as we enter our next stage of growth, we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and highly personable Talent Manager to join our Docklands team. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful within an established, high-performing brand with the infrastructure, reputation and client base already in place.
WHY TITANIUM?

- An established and respected market presence
- A strong personal and company brand
- Warm opportunities and relationships already in the pipeline
- A proven recruitment process and team around you
You’ll have the opportunity to focus on what great recruiters actually do best: Build relationships, understand people, solve problems, and make great hires. Business development is absolutely part of the role, but it isn’t about relentless cold calling or selling recruitment services to anyone who will listen. Our growth has been built through reputation, referrals, networks, relationships and delivering exceptional results.

As a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Manager, you’ll work across the Victorian real estate market, partnering with businesses and candidates across:
- Sales
- Property Management
- Business Development

- Leadership & Management
You’ll manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, while becoming a genuine advisor to both clients and candidates. Your role will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns

- Developing long-term candidate relationships and talent networks
- Market mapping and talent identification
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Providing salary and market insights
- Advising clients on hiring strategy and market conditions
- Business development through existing networks, referrals and new relationships
- Representing Titanium Recruitment in the market
- Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the Titanium brand
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to build their own reputation within an established brand.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re open to backgrounds. You might already be working in recruitment. You might be an experienced real estate professional who has built strong relationships across the industry and is ready for a different career path. You might be a high-performing Property Manager, Sales Agent, BDM or leader who loves people, understands the industry and wants to take your career in a new direction.
