Early Childhood Educators | Titan Early Learning Wandin North
Come for the career. Stay for a place where we all belong
What if your next role was more than a job? What if it was a place where your values matter, your ideas are welcomed and you help shape something special?
Imagine a child learning to trust a new world, surrounded by unfamiliar faces and without the comfort of those they know.
A little person finding their voice.
A child who needs someone to slow down, sit beside them and see the world through their eye
Imagine being the educator who makes that difference.
Perhaps you’re someone who notices the little things, leads with kindness and believes every child deserves to feel seen, heard and valued. Perhaps you’re looking for a team where relationships come first and you can help build something meaningful from the very beginning.
If this sounds like you, Titan might just be your place.
At Titan Early Learning Wandin North, we’re creating a home away from home filled with connection, wonder, play, discovery and joy. We believe children are capable, unique and full of possibility — and that they thrive when they feel safe, loved and genuinely understood.
As we prepare to open our brand-new service, we’re welcoming passionate Trainees, Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Educators, and educators currently studying who believe, as we do, that that relationships are at the heart of everything.
Come be part of something special. Come grow with us.
A little about the educator we are hoping to find
You might be the kind of educator who…
Gets down on the floor because that's where the magic is happening.
Takes the time to get to know each child — what they enjoy, what interests them, what they need and what makes them feel safe.
Understands that behaviour is communication and that every child deserves to be listened to, noticed and understood.
Sees children as capable, curious and full of possibility.
Believes that every child matters and every voice counts.
Values the little moments of connection just as much as the big learning milestones.
Encourages children to make choices, explore their ideas, take risks and be actively involved in their learning.
Builds meaningful, respectful and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Understands that belonging is built through everyday moments — a shared laugh, a familiar routine, a reassuring voice or a warm welcome at the door.
Celebrates the courage to have a go, the small achievements and the big discoveries in between.
Is willing to reflect, learn, grow and embrace new ideas alongside the children in their care.
Knows that sometimes the most important thing you can do is simply be present.
We’re looking for educators who bring energy, imagination and a sense of adventure to their work. People who are eager to grow, share ideas and help create an environment where children feel confident to explore, discover and be themselves.
What life at Titan will look like
Titan Early Learning Wandin North is a purpose-built, 80-place early learning service nestled within our beautiful Yarra Ranges community.
As a new service, we have the exciting opportunity to begin this journey together with our children, families and community. We bring fresh ideas and new thinking while holding onto the things we know children need most — time to play, trusted relationships, connection and a sense of belonging.
We want our rooms to feel warm, welcoming and lived in. Environments where children feel comfortable, where their interests and ideas are reflected and where our little Titans have the freedom to explore, discover and learn in their own time and in their own way.
Our curriculum embraces play, exploration, intentional teaching and meaningful experiences. We recognise that learning doesn't always happen in a planned moment. Sometimes it happens in the middle of a conversation, through a curious question, a challenge overcome or a child discovering something for the very first time.
You will be part of a team that values:
Children First
We listen, we notice and we respond. We take the time to understand each child and make room for their ideas, choices and voices.
Belonging & Connection
Every child, family and educator has a place. We create a warm, welcoming environment where relationships are nurtured and everyone feels valued.
Big Dreams & Growth
We believe in what children can become. We give them time to grow, explore, discover what they enjoy and develop confidence in themselves.
Empowerment & Resilience
We help children discover what they are capable of. We encourage independence, problem-solving, making mistakes, trying again and celebrating the courage to have a go.
Progress with Purpose
We honour what matters while finding ways forward. We listen, reflect, embrace new ideas and continue to grow together, always keeping children at the centre of our decisions.
What you will bring
A recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification relevant to the position, such as Certificate III, Diploma or an Early Childhood Teaching qualification. Applicants currently studying towards a relevant qualification are also welcome to express their interest.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.
A strong understanding of child safety, safeguarding and children's rights.
The ability to build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
An understanding of the VEYLDF, EYLF V2.0, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation and regulations.
A commitment to play-based learning, intentional teaching and reflective practice.
The ability to contribute to meaningful observations, documentation, planning and learning experiences.
A willingness to listen, reflect, learn and grow.
A commitment to being part of a collaborative, supportive and positive team.
A current Working with Children Check and relevant mandatory training, or willingness to obtain/maintain these as required.
Most importantly, you will bring a genuine belief that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, respected and understood.

Child safety is at the heart of everything we do
At Titan Early Learning Wandin North, child safety is not simply a policy or a compliance requirement. It is the foundation upon which everything else is built.
Every child deserves to feel safe, respected, protected and free to be themselves.
We are committed to creating a child-safe environment where children's voices are heard, their rights are upheld, their boundaries are respected and their wellbeing is always prioritised.
We seek educators who share this commitment and understand that listening to children, empowering them and building safe, trusting relationships are fundamental to quality early childhood education.
