In the last ten years we have experienced continued growth and as a result we are seeking a skilled Lead Telecommunications Riggers to join our team.
Required experience, skills and competencies
- 4+ years experience as a Telecommunications Rigger working on mobile base station technologies is essential.
- Working at Heights certification
- RF awareness certification
- Applicants must have Australian work rights.
Role responsibilities & required experience
- Installing, testing and maintaining all types of telecommunications vendor equipment
- Installing, commissioning and troubleshooting microwave radio equipment
- Installation and testing of antenna / feeder line systems
- Installing steel work at height
- Climbing and working at heights safely
- Understanding of site drawings
- Fault finding comprehension and resolution
- Ability to work with cranes and EWPs
- Maintaining and adhering to all policies, procedures and appropriate documentation
